The location is perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay. From the manager to the housekeepers, everyone was friendly and attentive. I was even pleasantly surprised when my friend and I were upgraded to the penthouse for her birthday celebration. The staff brought us champagne and chocolates, which was a lovely touch. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area. The in-room safe and dining table were also convenient features. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi in the rooms, which was a bonus.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The service, amenities, and location are all top-notch.

Great ocean view from the room and polite staff. the location was convenient and close to amenities. the breakfast was decent.

The room had a stale smell upon arrival and was not very clean. the bathroom was outdated and in need of repairs.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, being close to the beach and providing a beautiful view. The hotel facilities were great, and I enjoyed the indoor braai on the balcony. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, and the croissants were perfect.

the location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the beach. the room was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean. the staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious, with a nice selection of food. the hotel offered great facilities, such as a self-serve coffee, juice, fruit, and more.

The hotel did not offer any entertainment or activities.

Perfect seaside retreat with breathtaking views and impeccable facilities. The penthouse had a well-equipped kitchenette and the beds were comfy. We had an amazing view from the deck, which was perfect for whale spotting. The location was great with easy access to the beach and local attractions.

The internet wasn't reliable and kept cutting out. , due to the rainy weather, we couldn't spend as much time on the deck as we would have liked to.
